Clinic Selection: Based on our research and experience, we shortlist 2-3 fertility clinics tailored to each client’s medical history, personal preferences, and lifestyle background.

Pre-cycle Testing: We assist clients in arranging pre-consultation tests. For female clients, this includes hormone panel, AMH, vitamin D, thyroid function, infectious disease screening, karyotype analysis, and ultrasound. For male clients, semen analysis, infectious disease screening, and karyotype testing are included. We also coordinate consultations with local fertility specialists in China when needed.

Virtual Consultations: We help translate test results and medical history, walk clients through the consultation process and treatment options, and prepare key questions. We can also join consultations or arrange professional interpreters to ensure a smooth experience.

Clinic Confirmation: After the consultations, we help clients finalize their choice of clinic and physician based on stimulation protocol and personal impressions. We then coordinate with the clinic to initiate pre-cycle medications, arrange additional tests, and manage specialized steps such as genetic counseling or PGT-M tool customization.

Travel Planning: We design travel plans tailored to the treatment schedule and client preferences, using our exclusive resources to ensure a hassle-free U.S. visit.

Egg Retrieval and Embryo Cultivation Phase

Stimulation Support: We facilitate communication with the clinical team and offer virtual guidance for medication injections. For clients who need extra support, we can arrange for licensed nurses to assist with injections at home.

Embryo Development: We oversee coordination between doctors and laboratories, track the progress of embryo development and genetic testing, and review results with the client. If outcomes fall below reasonable expectations, we help plan the next retrieval cycle.

On-the-Ground Support: Our team provides real-time customer service throughout the process and accompanies clients to key appointments when schedules permit. We also offer local travel guidance and assist with customized itinerary planning.

Commercial Surrogacy Phase

Accelerated Matching: Our proprietary platform aggregates several large, reputable agencies, allowing us to screen gestational carriers through multiple channels and present high-quality candidates within two weeks, significantly shortening the matching timeline.

Legal Coordination: Seasoned attorneys are involved from the screening stage onward, ensuring client priorities and safeguards are fully captured in the contract and securing parentage orders without delay.

Continuous Oversight: We maintain close communication with both the agency and the gestational carriers and conduct periodic on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Newborn Care & Logistics: We help arrange newborn care, obtain the baby’s identity documents, and organize the family’s return travel, ensuring a seamless transition home.

We help clients plan their trips to the U.S. by providing access to exclusive deals on quality hotels and flight quotes for their selection.

Egg Retrieval and Embryo Cultivation Phase

We offer 24/7 online customer support and, when possible, accompany clients to consultations in person.

We provide online injection guidance or arrange for licensed nurses to assist clients with administering fertility medications.

We offer local travel recommendations and handle arrangements for airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and itinerary planning based on client needs.

We assist clients in communicating with doctors and embryologists regarding embryo cultivation and selection.

If results do not meet expected levels specified in the Service Agreement, we help clients plan their next egg retrieval cycle.

Commercial Surrogacy Phase

We connect with surrogacy agencies from our exclusive channels to assist clients in selecting suitable surrogates.

Collaborating with experienced reproductive lawyers from our exclusive channels, we help draft and review commercial surrogacy contracts to ensure that client requirements and protections are fully incorporated.

We maintain close communication with surrogacy agencies and surrogates, conduct periodic in-person visits to surrogates, and monitor their pregnancy progress.

We coordinate postpartum care through maternity centers or nannies and assist clients in handling the baby’s identification documents.
