We help clients understand the consultation process and mainstream treatment options, prepare key questions, and participate in consultations or arrange for interpreters as needed to enhance the consultation experience.

We leverage our expertise to help clients confirm the selection of clinics and doctors. We coordinate with the medical team to manage pre-cycle medications, follow-up tests, genetic expert consultations, and customized processes such as PGT-M tool customization.

We help clients plan their trips to the U.S. by providing access to exclusive deals on quality hotels and flight quotes for their selection.

Egg Retrieval and Embryo Cultivation Phase

We offer 24/7 online customer support and, when possible, accompany clients to consultations in person.

We provide online injection guidance or arrange for licensed nurses to assist clients with administering fertility medications.

We offer local travel recommendations and handle arrangements for airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and itinerary planning based on client needs.

We assist clients in communicating with doctors and embryologists regarding embryo cultivation and selection.

If results do not meet expected levels specified in the Service Agreement, we help clients plan their next egg retrieval cycle.

Commercial Surrogacy Phase

We connect with surrogacy agencies from our exclusive channels to assist clients in selecting suitable surrogates.

Collaborating with experienced reproductive lawyers from our exclusive channels, we help draft and review commercial surrogacy contracts to ensure that client requirements and protections are fully incorporated.

We maintain close communication with surrogacy agencies and surrogates, conduct periodic in-person visits to surrogates, and monitor their pregnancy progress.

We coordinate postpartum care through maternity centers or nannies and assist clients in handling the baby’s identification documents.
